The IT Asset Management Pack has the following software reports out of the box:
These reports can be found in the Service Manager Reporting workspace, under IT Asset Management > Software Asset Management. Additional reports can be created using the reporting feature of Service Manager. Use the parameters section at the top of each report to change the filter values.
